          Enjoy your happiness! Stay in the moment and let it linger. But don't 
          try to hold onto it and make it last forever, because that is impossible. 
          Chances are, if you live in the present, more happiness is around the 
          corner anyway.  
          
          Save your happiness for a rainy day. There may be a time in the future 
          in which positive, happy memories can help a tough situation. For example, 
          during marital difficulties it may help to remind your spouse and yourself 
          of better times and what was working then that's missing now. 
          
          Spread the joy. If you feel particularly good because of what someone 
          said or did, let them know. Thank them and show your gratitude. Maybe 
          you'll make someone else feel happy too!
